ELISA实验操作较繁杂，操作不当将引起较大的误差。小鼠硫氧化还原蛋白酶免试剂盒，（Trx）ELISA检测试剂盒在操作中应注意以下5个方面。
1．随着病情的进展或由其他因素影响，某些抗体在机体内的含量发生大幅波动，因此有必要对标本进行预处理，例如对血清标本作适当稀释，或离心分离血脂等。间接法测定中，标本适当稀释还可降低非特异性反应。
2．加样一般使用加液器，在ELISA中一般有4次加样：加标本、加酶结合物、加底物和加终止液。加标本时必须每份标本使用一支移液器吸嘴，以免交叉污染。加酶结合物、底物和终止液时则不需更换吸嘴。
